Service on day one from the receptionist, the adjuster, and all the staff until I picked up my car was very knowledgeable, timely, professional, and friendly. Very clean Facility. I got text messages on updates about the car repair. When picking up the car, I was told how to care for the car ( Vehicle Care Tips). The reception was very pleasant on the phone and greeted us when we came in the building. The estimator was very nice and went over things with us. When they called and said the car was ready and I asked about if the front end alignment was done they said no, but we will do that. When we went to go pick up the car we had the ask them to fix the front bumper due to it wasn't attached very secured. He immediately took it beck to the shop and came back and it appeared fixed after 30 minutes.

John H, my estimator, was very nice as was the rest of the staff at the Hudson, OH, location. The damaged bumper on my 2011 Ford pick-up truck looks like new again. Upon pick-up, I was surprised and pleased that the interior of my truck had been cleaned and vacuumed in addition to the outside wash. Tire shine was even applied! I would not hesitate to use this location again for any future auto body needs.

Tae'lor Stewart provided me with 5 star service on a recent visit to Gerber Collision and Glass. I needed to get my windshield replaced. I called what I thought was Gerber's local office number. What I found out later was that I was routed to American Glass that has a completely different appointment system from Gerber. I set an appointment for the repair and specifically asked them to ship the glass to the Gerber Oak Street location as it was close to my job. I reiterated this several times throughout the call. I specifically wanted this location because it was close to my job and it received high reviews . When I arrived from my appointment Gerber did not have me on file for an appointment because my appointment was actually with American Glass. As you can imagine I was very confused and angry my appointment wasn't on the books and the ... glass wasn't there. At this point I panicked and thought perhaps I made a deposit to a fraud. Tae 'lor explained that Gerber and American Glass were owned by one company and shared a phone number but not appointment systems and could understand my confusion. She quickly got on the phone with American Glass, located the driver and arrange for him to do the repair at their location. She managed a very upset customer (me) with an amazing amount of professionalism and grace. She never once got upset despite me being angry (not at her but the situation). Marty went above and beyond to accommodate us. Linda, the manager, and her team have done a fabulous job taking care of us. Please don't make the same mistake my husband did filling out the survey sent to him. He marked average on the job stating he would fill out another survey once he saw it in person, as we were away. Come to find out you can only fill out one survey and Marty and his team should have received a 10 for their work. The survey my husband filled out did not reflect the work actually completed and we regret that it reflected poorly on the team. Great job guys! Sorry for the miscommunication and thank you.
