On my way to my Brother's Celebration of Life in St. Louis while in Tennessee something hit the top of my moon roof and shattered all the glass. My son put a temporary fix on the top to get me home to southern Georgia, but on the way home it came off. I stopped at the first exit and a miracle was there at the corner, Gerber Collision & Glass. They spent a half hour fixing the car so I could drive it and didn't charge me anything. There kindness was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. The receptionist, manager and estimator David R were wonderful. Thank you so much for your help.

If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would. They made the process of getting my truck fixed simple and quick. Customer service and updates on the vehicle were fantastic and daily. When I picked my truck up it look like nothing ever happened to it. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got inside my truck and realized they detained the inside for me and also gave it a car wash. Would 110% recommend them.

From the first phone call they were sincere and very helpful ! Upon arrival I met Fernando who was absolutely great ! They were quick to get my car looked at and in the same day ! Only took a few days and my car was ready ! My car looks great as if it was brand new and as if it wasn't involved in an accident! They even cleaned my car ! I have been recommending them already ! Gerber Collision in Haslett was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. My primary contact was Troy. He was so helpful and pleasant, and NOT patronizing. He called me twice a week to let me know the status. I smashed it up good, but Gerber had it done at least 10 days before anticipated. And it was done flawlessly.

2022 Lexus RX350L was hit on passengers side. Damage to front and rear doors, rear side and pushed tire and rim into frame. towed directly to Gerber Collision in Cedar Rapids. Within a week, Gerber (Kelly) had called with an estimate, ordered parts after confirmation from Insurance company, and gave a completion date. Kelly called several times a week with updates. The SUV was completed several days ahead of time. I examined the completed job and it appears flawless and I am picky. Paint job was beautiful. All components replaced and still fit like a new Lexus should. So yes, I highly recommend this body shop. Note: I want to give a shout out to State Farm Ins. as they were great to work with also. They were not our insurer.
