I had an accident and USAA recommended GERBER to me. All of the staff and workmanship is 5 stars! Valerie at the desk helped coordinate my visit and was very patient, knowledgeable and so kind!! Jay, my advisor went above and beyond helping me. There was another gentleman that saw me transferring a wheelchair from my rental and saw me out the window, left the group he was with and came outside and lifted the wheelchair back into my car. The service they provide is excellent and the work they did was wonderful, professional and like I said, above and beyond! This company really knows how to treat their customers. They have a very clean, comfortable waiting area. Everyone I had contact with was focused on my experience, something that is lacking in many businesses. You could tell they knew their job back and forwards and enjoyed working ... there. They guarantee the work they did and even washed my car. I would absolutely recommend them. I am a bit late getting this review in. I have used Gerber for several years for different vehicles such as a Landcruiser, Highlander and this time a RAV4. All with different issues. Each time the work is excellent at this location and customer service is outstanding. August 2025 due to a malfunctioning new garage door opener the spoiler on my RAV4 was damaged. The garage door company gave me a check for the full amount of the car repair, installed another new opener and installed a new garage door. Then I wrote Gerber a check. I have recommended Gerber to other friends when they need a repair and to this location. I apologize for not reviewing sooner. Great company and great employees.

I want to give Gerber and Estimator, David R. , a big thank you!!! I came in to have an estimate made on my damaged exterior mirror on the passage side of my Acura MDX. He did not give me an estimate but actually repaired it on the spot for NO CHARGE!!! My Acura dealership gave me an estimate of $1702.98 to replace the total mirror and support housing!!! David just carefully snapped the mirror and it's inter workings back into place and ALL IS WELL AGAIN!!! Thank you David and Gerber!!! You are highly recommended!!!!!
