Five stars for Gerber Collision & Glass Rocky Mount (only because we couldn't give more)! After striking a deer on I-95 South (over five hours from home), our insurance company directed us to Gerber to get our car back on the road. The damage was extensive, and we were worried that our vehicle was beyond repair. After completing a careful inspection, the Gerber team came up with a repair plan and proceeded to do top quality work. It was clear that the safety of the vehicle was their top priority - and some of the modern electronics in our car made that challenging (e.g., distance sensors and lane detection sensors were all impacted by the accident). The Gerber team repaired it all, thoroughly tested the vehicle, and got everything back to fully working order - as good as new! The car looks fantastic and handles great after the repair. ... After having an unfortunate circumstance with my accident, Gerber Collision and Glass made the process so seamless and easy. The employees were respectful, patient, and very professional. They called immediately when they got in touch with my insurance and were communicative with me throughout the whole process. Upon completion of the service they called me to pick up my vehicle and made sure to show me each of the repairs, even though it was getting late. The manager stayed late for me to accommodate my pick up and overall, I am extremely satisfied. Couldn't have asked for a better collaboration.

I went in on Monday February 26th with Kevin for my State Farm claim dropped off my car he got me the estimate I believe with in 24ish hours. For my front end damage along with my hood, everything needed to be replaced basically, they did have a small bump getting my headlight but the headlight ended up coming in later on in the day on Friday morning the first of March, and I was able to pick up my car later Friday afternoon. The hood and bumper looks great I have no issues. I had expected my car to be in for 2-3 weeks possibly but they got it done less than a week. They even washed and detailed my car. Thank you to the gerber team.
