Wendy (Estimator) kept me up to date on all the things happening with my car. Also, Curtis (General Manager) and the staff did an excellent job, and I cannot thank them enough. Gerber is my "Go-To" company for any collision & glass work needed on my cars in the future. By the way, we've received the same great service on our other vehicles from them in the past. Thanks!

Listen, let me tell you how it was. These guys were freaking amazing. They got the job done right and efficiently. Not to mention they were very courteous and cared, which is hard to come by these days. I will always use these guys for future repairs. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Oh my goodness! This shop made my experience, believe it or not, enjoyable. From the first interaction with Sarah I knew we were in good hands. Sarah contacted the rental company so the rental was ready for me when I dropped the car off. The guy who did the estimate made sure I understand every detail. I even had a little place that needed a touch of paint, unrelated to my repair, that they touched up. When I picked up my car, less than 36 hours after dropping it off, there were 3 staff members checking every element to be sure my car was in perfect order and good to go. I felt like I was their only customer as the attention was amazing. I highly encourage all to give them a call for your first estimate. You will be glad you did.

Ruby and the shop were wonderful. In working with my insurance following my car collision was a nightmare of a situation that went on for 6 months. There were countless setbacks, but once my car arrived in the hands of Ruby and here team at Gerber, the rest of the process was seemless. Their professionalism and customer service etiquette showed a genuine concern for their customers. Ruby even saw that I was having a hard time and agreed to take care of an area of my that was lightly damaged, but that my insurance rejected to repair. And she do free of charge!!! Many thanks to the Gerber team, you made a difference in a grumpy person's day and experience.

I am very happy with the way my care looks after all the repair work that was done on it. It looks brand new!! The staff were very friendly and kept me informed bi-weekly for the time they had the car which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this business for any auto repair work.
