The repair was done in fewer days than expected so that was great. There was a visible paint drip on the finish but it's not that noticeable. Overall, the car looks beautiful and I'm happy how it all turned out. Gerber even vacuumed and washed my car. It looks like new again! Thanks!

Excellent customer service!!! Both Cara and Brenna were awesome. The communication and updates were absolutely amazing. I knew every step of the way what was going on and when my car would be done. My husband is a retired auto body man and he was so impressed with the craftsmanship. If we need them again and I hope I don't, we will be back. Had a deer run into our brand new truck, only 10 thousand miles on it. We were just sick. The dee took out both diver side doors. Dreaded having to go through all the hassle of dealing with insurance claims, body shops and car rental. But Gerber and our insurance company were awesome. We were told exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. And the bonus was we never had to call and check the status. We were sent text messages every step of the way. AND Gerber made it super easy to return our rental car. I was ble to drop my car and pick up our truck all without having to find someone to help me drop off/pickup. Definitely will use Gerber again. And highly recommend Gerber. Thank you to the individual in the body shop for the fabulous job on the repair. It looks just like new.
