I was SO, SO impressed with the service here. I was borrowing my mom's car and had it parked on the street when someone side-swiped it. I called and they were able to fit me in the next day. The whole process from signing in to reviewing the damage with the inspection employee and deciding what to fix took a total of about 20 minutes. The front office staff was so pleasant and competent. They had my car repaired in less than a week and my mom never knew the difference. I also felt like the pricing was very fair. I would 10/10 recommend this specific location to anyone needing body work done in the New Orleans area.

WOW is all I can say! Brought my truck in after I was hit from behind. They had my truck for just over a week, which I thought wasnt bad at all. I really liked the texting and seeing the progress of my Truck. But the final cherry on top was when I picked it up. The inside had looked like it was professionally detailed. They wiped down the dash, vacuumed everywhere. It was in way much better condition than when I dropped it off. Great Job Team!

It began as an ordinary trip to the grocery store. As I was parking, I looked at my side mirror. It had become unhinged and barely on it's base. I was very upset. I prayed to God for guidance. I drove to snuffer school road an saw Gerber & Collision and Glass. I pulled in saying to myself over and over "Thank you lord". With mirror in hand I was warmly greeted by the staff. I told her of my situation and she smiled and said, I'll get someone to help you right away. About fifteen minutes later, Mr.Ron Santos greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I was told to have a seat and to make myself comfortable. And 30 minutes later, he returned with a big smile saying you're good to go, ma'am. My experience with Gerber & Collision Glass was great.
