I am SO impressed with Gerber Collision! Not only did they exceed my customer service expectations by providing timely updates on the status of my car, they SURPASSED my quality expectations in caring for my car. My car came back better than when I brought it in! I had been in a previous accident and was rear ended and had my vehicle serviced by another collision center that couldn't come close to the high quality outcome I received from Gerber. Gerber matched the color on my car perfectly and fixed an imperfection from the previous collision center that was not originally fixed to standard. I have taken my 2011 Cadillac SRX to Gerber Collision & Glass in Waukesha, WI at least two or three times. Always for painting because of scratches. This time for hail damage and repainting one rear door. Vince took care of me both times. He gives the best service and watches to be sure everything is done extremely well. I am always more than satisfied when I pick up my car. All his body men are very talented. Rebecca is the receptionist and she is so pleasant to talk to every time I call. I hope Vince and his team are there for a very long time! Thank you Vince for your exceptional customer service. Good customer service is very rare now.
