I stopped by Gerber Collision & Glass to seek help with a window. The young lady at the front desk was very customer oriented. She was friendly, kind, and attentive. I told that I rolled down my window in my vehicle and that I could not get it rolled back up. I was fearful that the rain was going to flood my vehicle, the devil is a lie. She went to the back and came back with her team, Mr. Ty and Mr. Larry. Less than 15 minutes, they had me ready to go. Guess what? I asked how much the service was and they told me nothing. Let me tell you God is so good and there are still kind souls in this world. Thank you so much!!

The repairs took a few weeks, but the customer service was great. They always answered the phone and were able to update me on the status. The repaired car looked gorgeous and wash freshly washed and cleaned. Will definitely go back if needed.
