I never answer the phone but every time my caller ID said Gerber I picked up because I knew Kim would answer with a smile of a voice and a giggle. She was so professional but she also made my day better just by being so positive. It really makes a difference. The work was great as well, the final product was worth the insurance annoyance and now we know who to go to for all of our car collision and glass needs!
