We are from Mississippi and are here in NC working with Duke Energy on hurricane Helene. My rear blinker bulb went out and I was in a panic due to how much we use it while driving and assessing damage with the large amount of traffic that we are in daily. I was heading to the Honda place next door and missed the turn and ended up at Gerber's. A young man was outside taking a picture of another car with damage. We told him our predicament and he had us fixed up and out of there in less than five minutes. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, and so kind. I wish we had more people in the world like him. Thank you sooooooo much, y'all are the best! It was such a small thing for y'all but a really big issue for us. Y'all are the GOAT!!!!!

Tony was prompt on time letting us know about the car in a timely manner about the car update also helpful witn letting us know everything about the car also tried to do the best he can to get work done as soon as possible with also making sure that they also take time on the work for it to come out well quality work in which we also did not want to rush we also wanted the car to be done well. Also, Tony went out of his way with everything and the end as well to come and get us when the car was ready to bring us back to the Gerber Collision Place to pickup the car.
