Then last week I had a minor fender bender with my wife's Kia Sportage and brought it into Gerber to look at. Where do I start with Gerber Collision? Like most reviews here, I got into a fender bender, and my insurance sent me to them. At first, I wanted the dealership to fix it for me, but they were short staff over at the dealership, plus they were going to keep my car longer. Gerber Collision delivered what they promised, and I got my car at the agreed time frame. Everything was transparent, and I had the best communication from them, and I even got text messages to give me updates on the status of my car. My car looks brand new again, and did I mentioned they even vacuum and washed my car. I could not even ask for more. They are superior in their line of work and making their customers happy. I would not take my car to the dealership to get it fix anymore. Just take it to Gerber Collision & Glass on Franklin Blvd in Sacramento, CA. You ... will not be disappointed. Friendly, informative, easy to reach and top notch communication. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed an additional light was on my dash and it turns out a bulb had burnt out unrelated to the accident - they fixed it for me right away at no charge. The office and waiting room is kept clean and comfortable. They also took the time to give me information on an issue with my car related to an emissions test which I had coming up. Cannot express how above and beyond they go any more. Bonus is they are well tied to the enterprise on Cicero - makes it seamless and I was able to leave my rental with them.
