Not only would I not go anywhere else for repairs, I pull over when I see an accident and tell people that this is literally the only body shop they should go to. These guys are the silver lining of the accident experience. From the time you walk in the door til the time you pick up your perfectly repaired car, these guys are so far above any place I've been in my life. And I'm not young. I can't speak to all Gerber shops, but Willow St Atlanta has all of my business.

I just completed the phone survey - but I wanted to add some extra feedback. The service team was incredible. We worked with Desiree B. as our Estimator, but, and I apologize for not remembering her name, the front desk technician was perfect to work with for our service. She was friendly, professional, and really made coming into the office for our work and finishing everything up as pleasant as possible. Desiree was very friendly in a professional manner and extremely clear in what to expect and what had been done. Finally, the car was detailed before we picked it up. We did not expect this service and it was very appreciated. Hopefully, we will never need repair work again, but I would definitely return to this Gerber shop and will highly recommend to anyone I come across needing work done.

Shane was very informative during the entire process from beginning to end , he explained everything that was going to be done to my vehicle and broke everything down to where i could understand. His empathy is amazing, he really truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. Shane understood how much the car means to me as it is sentimental and kept in my family from my grandmother that passed and he made sure and assured me the car would be in good hands and I was not to worry. I would recommend all of my friends and family to Gerber and I will be going back to Shane for any future repairs on my vehicle as I feel super comfortable and know that my car will always remain in good hands while it's there. When I picked up my car I noticed something wasn't right (unrelated to Gerber.) he quickly called GEICO and made sure to ... get it taken care of and resolved the problem right away for me.
