Toni took care of me from beginning to end. From my first call to make an appointment, through reschedules, updates, and pick up. Toni stayed in contact throughout the entire process, was so kind and helpful, and she even remembered me when I came in. On top of everything else, she told Enterprise Car Rental that they would give me a car the morning I dropped off my car even though they said they wouldn't have one ready until that afternoon...and they did what she told them!!! That literally made my day! Dana was also incredibly helpful when I dropped off my car. She looked over the damage and took her time explaining things. When I picked up my car, she walked me through all of the repairs so that I understood the work that was done. And last, but not least, shoutout to all of the behind the scenes crew who did the repairs and paint. My ... car looks as good as new!!
