My husband and I arranged had estimate for replacement of a plastic fender and light on our jeep at the Deland Gerber Collision. We were quoted about $600. Upon returning to get the work done; we were informed that the light that need repair was not ordered and would cost $600 to order it. After a very short discussion a way to fix the light and about not needing a perfect finish in the fender. HEIDI suggested she would like to try something to see if we could avoid the need for the light. We left to get coffee. When we returned 30 minutes later. She had the light reattached and the plastic buffed out and shiny. Is it perfect...no, very tiny scratches still existed but it is a jeep and imperfection gives my jeep character. When I asked her how much the repair would cost? She "Nothing. " ?? I am so thankful for honest people, who ... will go out of their way. Thank you Heidi. The manager at Gerber helped my right away, great, fast service, and can't beat the price. I will definitely use them again and refer anyone that I know due to there desire to help.

The young man/ service attendant and or shop manager named either Grant or Jordan was a true joy to deal with. The entire experience at Gerber Collision & Glass (on Ogden in Downers Grove) was fantastic and far beyond my expectations. They made the process easy and stress free as it could be from the moment I called and reserved a time to drop the car off through pick up about 4 days later. Every member of the staff I interacted with was great but in particular I'd like to commend Jacob, who was assigned to handle my claim from start to finish. He explained exactly how the repair process would play out and instilled confidence that the work would be done flawlessly (which it was). Jacob could not have been more professional or easier to work with. I am not one to post reviews often but I highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision repair!

I am beyond impressed with your customer service. My daughter had body work done on her 2021 Honda CRV and things looked like new. And after a long drive there was an issue with the cruise control.
