They kept me posted on their progress and the car was ready sooner than expected. I picked up my car today. Looks good as new. There were no surprises when I paid my deductible. First Class Operation. There is a reason this company does alot of business. They are very good at what they do. Starting with Jina in the front to dealing with Mo who took care of getting my truck done. This organization is very professional and I even received my truck back early, which is a plus. I have done body work in the past building classic cars and this group of technicians did a fantastic job. Thank you Mo for your responsiveness and professionalism and for going the extra mile on customer care. Keep up the good work and just know I will be back to get the wife's car worked on.

I called into this location to get a customer pay estimate, Spoke with a Sheri Henderson she told me to come on by she would fit me in, that being said i went to the other location off Tennessee St. and have called multiple times but he has never called me back. She wrote the estimate right then and there was so helpful. She explain the processes if we choose to go through Progressive. As a family right now we are going through it, she was kind and just over all sunshine in a dark time. We will be getting car fixed at that location if their able to do the work. 5 Gold Stars to this young lady.

If only I could give 10 Stars! We were on a cross country trip when the weather was over 100, I have a broken foot and am in a cast and 86 year old grandma was with us (took her to see kids) so my wife was driving the entire trip CA to CO - and then it happened, something came loose on the bottom of the minivan and was dragging. The other places we checked refused to see us without a prior appointment, but this Gerber location was happy to help - we pulled in, a wonderful tech removed the cover that had come loose and we never even had to get out of the car. I braced for the bill since we were at their mercy and out of towners - but instead he said, "No charge - happy to help you get back on the road!" You rarely experience that kind of service, proven by the prior places that didn't have time for us. SO THANKFUL for a place ... that was our angel in time of need. If you are local in Palm Desert, this should be the shop for you - they genuinely care about their people. read more
