The customer service is wonderful. I was getting texted updates and phone calls every other day. My SUV was hit from the back good amount of damage. You could not even tell my SUV was in an accident. The paint job looks great! They estimated 3 weeks out to be done. I got a call it was ready in 2 weeks. I was very pleased!! I would definitely come back to Gerber. Thank you to all the staff.

Her thoroughness & professionalism was much appreciated. To say she went above & beyond is a gross understatement. Laura & the entire Gerber team made what was previously an annoying and frustrating inconvenience into an experience that was almost enjoyable. WOW! WOW! WOW! The superstars at the Gerber in Crystal Lake, IL did a fantastic job repairing my car!!! It now looks like it just rolled off of the assembly line! Superstar GM Nick is phenomenal!! He and his team did an excellent job and also took excellent care of me as a customer. I was always kept in the loop regarding timing and they even repaired my car nearly a week early. Absolutely outstanding!!! Superstar Kiegan is also a standout!! She took care of everything, including my car rental - not just getting the car there, but also returning the car back for me. I was amazed by her professionalism and kindness. She and Nick are absolute superstars and I cannot thank them enough!!!
