They were great! We got the Chevy Tahoe back earlier than we thought and updated us daily on our vehicle. They had great communication and genuine interest in making sure we were happy when we left with the car fixed. They took care of extensions between the rental company and insurance. On March 31, it started raining heavily. I rolled up the driver's side window, but it came off the track and I couldn't roll it back up. I drove to the shop in La Grange, Illinois. The manager and a mechanic were able to fix the window and close it, preventing the rain from entering the car. I want to express my gratitude for their courteous and professional assistance. They have done a great job for me.

I'm now a three time return customer. My last visit was a self-pay visit. This Gerber location gave me the best of three competitor quotes. Another body shop talked about having to remove my convertible top and the trunk and replace the entire rear quarter panel vs repair the fault. The Boulder location quoted half, didn't need to do all that extra work, and the repair looks like new. What put my experience over the top to write the review is the final bill was even less than their original quote!
