I requested that my insurance company to take my car here after my crash. They are professional and quick to answer any questions you need answered. When I picked up my vehicle, Mely A. explained the replacements and repairs. Not only was she nice and professional, but she has a great personality and made it easier to understand the warranties. I hope I don't get into another incident, but if I do I will always come to you guys.

My thanks to Carlos, Jay and Hung. I had bumped the right front fender, and this caused the seam where the plastic bumper attached to the metal fender to separate. The crew at Gerber (Carlos, Jay, Hung) said give us a 1/2 hour. They fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Thanks so much for the quick and excellent service.

We were very stunned when Carlos C. said he'd do what he could for now and had our minor damage buffed for free! That doesn't happen anymore in this cut-throat business world! We even tried to tip him, but he declined that as well. We'll eventually come to get our Blazer repaired after submitting a claim with Geico. If we could give Mr. C.100 stars, we would do that! Thank you so much Carlos and Gerber Collision & Glass for a refreshing experience! Your reception and waiting area are top notch!

The repair service and overall service at this location was EXCELLENT! Shante B did a fantastic job as my adjuster and Mel's front office assistance was great! I saw how the office was operating the day I dropped off my vehicle and I can honestly say that office cares about their customers and do their absolute best to make sure the customer is happy.
