Danny and Kelly did an amazing job at dealing with me as a navigated this process with the grace of a hippo in a glass shop. Danny made sure I had as much information as possible when he had it. Kelly ensured I had no gaps between rentals as I needed to switch companies due to not being able to pay out of pocket any more for the rental I has started with. She made sure all extentions with the rental were handled.

I had my Hyundai Tuscon driver front door and associated molding repaired after being hit in a parking lot. It now looks perfect and all of the associated Tuscon safety features function as new. All of the Gerber staff, from booking the repair estimate, vehicle drop off, to pickup with final inspection were great. Cassadie Perkins, the estimator, in particular exemplified great customer service. She was efficient, very knowledgeable and was very accommodating, even offered to stay later for my vehicle pickup if required. Thanks Cassadie!! This is the most professional place that I have ever taken my car. These guys are on top of it all the way ready to help you any way they can and as far as the accident goes you would never know they did such a wonderful job they took care of everything I paid my deductible and I drove away in less than 2 weeks on the repair. It could have been longer but these guys really hustled to get those parts in for me cuz they knew I needed my car so they worked extra time and I think they went way out of their way to get that car back to me fast. Because I drive for Uber and you cannot rent just a car and drive for Uber you have to run it through Uber and it's quite a long process. So hat's off to these guys if you got a repair your car Gerber would be the right choice my insurance company thought highly of them and they were right.

Repairs done in timely manner. Very professional process for brining in/picking up vehicle. Routine update communications via text. Never fun to have to get your car repaired at a collision shop, but they didn't add to the stress one bit. Very pleased.
