Since I start with the paperwork for they fix my car i receive an excellent customer service, great communication from my estimate lady Tiffany she was so kind ?? and Mely CSR and my Translator they have the best personality a perfect communication ever it's not easy deal with different kinds of people ?? and they always have the best positive actitud!!! I'm so happy have my car back... thank you guys for your excellent work! Happy holidays ???????

I would definitely start by saying that the two front desk ladies were very professional...With that being said, I'm more that satisfied with the customer care that Tiffany gave. I've had the chance to hear her phone etiquette(its an open floor setting)and she is extremely professional and courteous with all that interact with her on the phone. I had a concern with my repair and got a text alert from the office, and long a behold(after hours)Tiffany reached out and even called to talk me through my concern! So MORE than pleased with her professionalism and care...keep it up...all!

Took my work van in to get repaired after being hit. the damage looked like they were going to have to cut out a large section of the side panel and weld a new piece in. They were able to get it all straightened out and you cant see were a single crease was.

Anytime you are involved in an accident it is big headache. I was directed to Gerber Collision and once my vehicle was there, we had a minor glitch but Dulce was incredible to work with. She truly wants you to be 100% satisfied and her customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Dulce for going the extra mile, it was so appreciated.

My daughter had a minor accident in her 2017 Jeep Wrangler, I brought it to Gerber on Semoran Blvd in Orlando. I must tell you I was very pleased with the customer service the repair work and the communication. My must also mention how great it was working with Antonio, he made the whole night mare of this accident much easier to deal with. Great Job by Antonio and if I every require any body work again he will get my business because he earned it.

i arrived 10 minutes early . I was greeted by the Estimator is was Dulce D. I did ask a lot of Questions about what are they to be going. She explained things clearly for me to understand. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the position. I picked the car up the next morning. The bumper was looked beautiful. l would most definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass Great job Dulce and Nick awesome service.

I can't say enough about this Gerber Collision. Thank you to Jason W., Paolo and Denise! Paolo and Denise were so great. They were so kind and cheery every time I walked into the shop. I forgot a few items in my car that I needed to bring back home with me. Paolo offered me a bag to put my belongings in. They explained everything in detail and gave me "after care" instructions for my vehicle. They were HONEST! This is the first shop where I did NOT feel like I was being taken advantage of. I will send all of my friends and family here. 5 stars! Thank you!
