My experience was great at this location. They were quick, great with communicating, even cleaned my car inside and out!! As stressful as it was being hit by a car and dealing with insurance companies the staff at Gerber Boardman were fantastic.

I was very pleased with the significant repair of my Traverse. The customer service and support I received was unexpected and exceeded any expectations I had. I was updated regularly and felt that my concerns were address appropriately. Most importantly Gerber made a bad situation easier and I'm forever grateful for Kevin, Deb and the entire staff for their professionalism and for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my repair. Very detailed with the process of repairing collision damage (scrape with paint and metal damage) on my vehicle. Very transparent in costs. My vehicle was finished 1 day before quoted time. The repairs on the body of my car look amazing and I can't even tell that there was work done. Overall, a very efficient, professional, and thorough company. I will be using them again for any future collision needs.

Did an awesome job wirh my 2011 jeep patriot. Was told it would take roughly 7 days to complete but got it back in 3 days..... looks great and looks like it was never in an accident... highly recommend this place for all ur collision repairs

Everyone was so great! The manager & receptionist were very friendly while I waited for my estimate. I took it in on a Thursday for the estimate and by the next monday I dropped it for repairs. I was updated later that day with a pick up date of Friday and they got it done by Tuesday instead! I am so pleased! My car looks brand new again, even my husband is pleased and he is impossible to please when it comes to cars! And the clean up after repairs was phenomenal! I am so glad I trusted them with my car and though I hope I don't have to return, if I do I will choose this location!

Just got my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition back from having paint to match work done on the lower rockers and front tow hooks, etc.and WOW WHAT A FANTASTIC job they did. I am so pleased with the work they did. Everyone is so nice and professional there. They truly are experts in what they do!!! I will refer everyone to Gerber for any type of body work
