I had a great experience with this repair. office staff very friendly and patient. they explained repair process. my car looked really nice when I went to pick it up. gerber was highly recommended and now I see why. I will use them again if needed.

My estimator Jennifer was honest, knowledgeable, and sent me regular updates while my car was being repaired. They did a great job replacing my rear bumper, they even repainted the bumper that was delivered because the color didn't match perfectly. Fantastic customer service and workmanship! The whole side of my car was wrecked when a car scraped against it's side and metal was bent on the door and and back panel. Now looks good as new. I can't even tell that anything happened. Also Jennifer was very accommodating to my short time status since I had to leave for a trip, and made sure that it got priority so I could pick the car up in time. They even gave me a ride home the first day I dropped the car off. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service and kindness! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants reasonable prices, quick service, and impeccable, professional results!
