Fantastic customer service, and excellent body work! They took my car in the same day I went for the estimate, and with Enterprise rental car right next door, couldn't be more convenient. I received several phone calls to advise me of the progress on the car, and it was done in just 8 days. All of the employees including the general manager, Rick M., were super friendly and polite, and made the whole process so easy, and the car looks and smells brand new! Could not be happier!

My insurance company recommended Gerber Collision to me as I had no idea where to go. I was extremely thankful for the service I received at Gerber. From the beginning they were very informative and helpful. They kept me posted and updated on the progress of my vehicle. Their cost estimates on repair was as expected and the estimated time to get the job done was earlier than expected. They provided me with a vehicle for 5 days which really helped out tremendously. My vehicle was as good as new and I thank Gerber Collision for the job well done!!

Must comment on what a great customer advocate the Manger of this shop Rick is. We have had to utilize his service three times this year. He goes above and beyond in his commitment to great service . We returned to him a second time this year ,first run in with deer and then replacement of side mirror and again were very satisfied . We will always recommend this location to friends and family.
