I had my 2006 Chevy Equnox at the McHenry location for head light mounting replacement twice twice this month. The drivers side on 8/7/18 and the passengers side on 8/17/18. Both times the staff was courteous and very informative. The young lady (receptionist) at the counter (Michelle) was very nice and helpful and mad sure I was comfortable while I waited. On both occasions they made the repairs while I waited (10 minutes). The work was exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you again

Everyone here was amazing! Michelle the receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. Eric and his team did an absolutely amazing job completing my hail damage repair. Our insurance company was a bit difficult to get in contact with and we were heading out of town for the holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to have my car ready on time and it looks like new! We are beyond pleased and looking forward to bringing in our second car for them to fix next week. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Good Evening, I just to Thank You for professionalism on all levels, the communication, the call backs and updates on my car. I have actually been a regular customer unfortunately for me but I know exactly where to take my car if something happens on the road. I also want to mention an extra special Thank You for one of your employees named Alex M. This young man was so helpful whenever I went to your facility and needed something from my car. The one time I came by, he was on break and saw me pull up and asked if he could help me and advised me to check in upstairs and let the office know I was there, and helped me get some things out of my car because State Farm said my vehicle was a total loss. Nothing about my repair experience at Gerber in McHenry, IL could have been better. The staff was terrific about answering all my questions, and my body repair was done ahead of time and looks perfect. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior in front.

Michelle was so helpful and friendly to set up the appointment. They got my car in the very next morning and returned it 5 days later which was 1 day less than thier original ETA. They communicate during the entire process and made it so easy. Picked up the car today and it looks brand new!!! Enterprise is right next door so it can't get easier than that.

Bob K. serviced my chevy cruze windshield. I called for 2 cracks that I feared come winter would become large. Bob said they were pits and did not need repair yet I guess he sensed my fear and filled them anyway. Great job. I called to compliment his goodness and spoke to John K... another very delightful man. Have written a 5 star review on YELP and definitely will use Gerber Collision and Glass in McHenry if ever needed.

Gerber collision and glass did a beautiful job replacing the bumper to my car after getting accidentally hit by someone. I would highly recommend this particular location. Everybody was friendly and helpful very pleased with the work.
