The front bumper of my car was dented and scratched from hitting the corner of my house. Jose was able to pop the area back out and buff away the scratches. He was finished in 15 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! Jose was very friendly and helpful! Amazing!

After a minor fender bender on my 2016 Ram 1500, I decided to get the other scrapes and scratches repaired at the same time. Jose was amazing in getting all the repairs wrangled into one work order. He even coordinated the installation of a spray in bed liner at a local Truck accessory shop. And on top it off, the job was finished ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with the customer service is was given and My truck looks amazing. I would strongly recommend this Gerber collision center to anyone.

I just wanted to take a minute and let someone know about the amazing customer service I received from Michelle at the Main st. location. I was having issues getting my repair scheduled between the miscommunication with the shop and Farmers, and everyone just being so busy due to the recent catastrophe in our area. Michelle noticed how long I had been waiting for my car to be repaired and took control of the situation, she tracked down which Gerber location could do it the soonest, contacted them directly and set it up so that I didn't have to do another thing. It's people like her on the front line that make companies successful. In a world where customer service is a lost art, she deserves to be recognized for being so attentive to the customers need. So thank you Michelle for making not only the process better, but my day as well!
