I have visited this Gerber location twice in the last twelve months for fender scrapes that left ugly paint marks from another object or car on my left front fender. Both times the GM, most recently Francisco A. met with me, evaluated the damage and gave me superior service. After each visit and buffing of the paint marks my car looked like it was brand new. Francisco's affable and professional demeanor and personality are a credit to Gerber Collision and Glass and I would highly recommend them for any collision or glass service you may need. Their the best I have ever dealt with!

The entire office was amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Bk was helpful and able to help me make informed decisions. I hated dealing with the other insurance company but BK and the office made this situation so much better. Definitely customer service orientated! Fortunately I have not had too much experience with collision repair but I recently had to have some damage repaired. Gerber was very impressive. The environment was clean and pleasant. Jessica was efficient and a delight to work with. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great service.

I would just like to thank the staff of this repair location for their hard work and dedication. My repair had some rough spots due to Geico's lack of a proper adjustment. However, Franky and his staff helped me rectify any error made by GEICO. They went above and beyond in order to make sure things were done correctly. Again, I just would like to say thank you to them and that I would happily recommend their team to anyone needing a collision repair.

Rear back up cameras came loose, 2 times, and both times Francisco A. repaired them without issue... I have always had great service from this facility and most recently after being rear-ended. I recommend this operation without qualification

I don't normally post reviews - good or bad so here goes: My son goes to college in Ft. Myers. We live in Miami. I got a call that he had an accident. He was safe but the car didn't fair so well. The front end had body and mechanical damage. GEICO told me about Gerber. I worked with Frank by email, text and phone. He was very responsive. He went above and beyond at each stage of the repair. He didn't make promises that he didn't keep, which is so common in this industry. I never had to drive over there to resolve anything. I highly recommend Gerber - and ask for Frank.
