The car actually belongs to my husband but I took it in for repairs (a gift for his birthday and our wedding anniversary), so that is why my name appears on the paperwork. Gerber had repaired some damage that was done to my car earlier this year and because I was very pleased with the work and the employees, I decided to take his car there.

This location was wonderful. They checked my car, ordered the part, and called me as soon as the part came in. My car was ready two days later. We were getting ready to go to an appointment, so an employee delivered my car and returned my rental-unheard of! Greg was great helping us out. All f my repairs came out perfect. We couldn't be happier with the repairs and with the way we were treated. Thank you so much.

Everyone I interacted with to get my back bumper replaced was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The work was completed in two days! More importantly, I am extremely pleased with the repair. Anyone willing to offer a Lifetime Guarantee must take pride in their work.

Estimate and repair completed in a timely manor and truck was actually finished 5 days earlier than what was originally said. When I dropped my truck off, I needed a ride home and they were happy to comply. The repair was great! Can't tell that anything has been done. Will definitely go here again if the need arises (which I hope it doesn't).

Despite the fact that my insurance company is not a common, household name variety, the person (Dave) that provided my estimate clearly had familiarity with them. He provided me a detailed, accurate, and complete estimate, and provided a full explanation. I was advised that the work would likely take 3-5 days; I scheduled the work to be done during a period in which I could reasonably be without my vehicle for 6-7 days (historically, I can't recall work at other collision shops ever being done on time). Imagine my astonishment when I get a call from reception (Lisa) that they have completed my repairs, in 2.5 days, and my car looks new again. Though I hope I never need their services again, I know where to go if that need arises. Thanks Gerber

I absolutely only have good things to say about Gerber Collision. They are so helpful from getting you set up in a rental car (from Enterprise a block away) to returning it for you when your repairs are done. The customer service is awesome! I love how they give you updates every few days so you know what is going on. I have a Cadillac Escalade and the repairs to it are fabulous!!! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
