My experience with Gerber Collision was superb!! Mike assisted me helpfully and I was able to get in and out in record time. My vehicle was handled and repaired exceptionally - "looks almost brand new." I called and spoke with Mike about 1 additional issue about my car and it was taken care of right away. I want to thank Mike, Stefan S & Megan S for your professionalism and timely response in making sure paperwork was processed, payment collected and having my vehicle back in less than a week. Work was performed quickly and we received updates. My only complaint is that our original written quote indicated 5 days of work, with the potential for the to extend to 8. When I dropped our vehicle off, I was told 12-15 days, which is dramatically different. As it turns out our vehicle was done in less than 4 business days. That was a pleasant surprise, but I wish I could've skipped the worry about being without the vehicle for so long.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. My appointment was at 230 and Taylor had everything done in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to get out or do anything.
