Very patient staff, could not have had a better experience. Had issues with getting picked up for my rental. Gail went above an beyond calling and switching it to a closer location. She also had me taken there. I cannot thank her enough for dealing with my barrage of questions. She was always smiling an sweet. Love this location an will definitely refer others an use them for future incidences. Only disappointment is that the car was finished ahead of schedule and I had to say goodbye. The car looks impeccable. Thank you guys for making my little one an I like family.

I took my truck to Gerber on a Wednesday. I was greeted by Gail at the front desk. She was very knowledgeable with the sign-in. She explained that I would receive updates via text on all phases of the repair. Stephen wrote the estimate, and explained how repairs were to be made, and when to expect the truck to be finished. Stephen was very efficient and knowledgeable in the write up phase explaining the different parts of the repairs. I picked the truck up on Friday as promised I am very satisfied with the repairs, and the entire process from start to finish. I will definitely use Gerber Collision for my vehicle repairs in the future when needed.

On 13Aug , monday morning i was ready to leave for office and i found my left side car mirror was broken and it was off, the left bumper and door also had a damage...It looks like somebody hit my car at night when it was parked in the parking area of our neighborhood. I got the recommendation from the insurance company - Liberty Mutual, that i can take the car to Gerber Collision for repair. Thanks Gail for handling my case. Whenever i called Gerber Collision for update, Gail was always responsive, kind and gave a confident that my car was in a right hand and it would be fixed. So far my experience was good and i would recommend others to reachout to Gerber Collision for any kind of repair work.

I'm very very satisfied with the body work done on my vehicle. You guys did an awesome job matching up my rather difficult paint color. You can't even tell that my vehicle was involved in an accident all! Also Gail and Rodney have excellent customer service. The service I receive is continually the best. Gail calls me and informs me of the status of our fleet trucks very promptly and when our truck repairs are completed, we are always satisfied. We recently had minor auto damage repaired at Gerber Collision in Cary. The quality of work on the repair was excellent as was the service we received. The office staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful in giving us an estimate, scheduling and keeping us informed about the progress. Gail was especially helpful in working with the insurance company and arranging for the rental. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Gail was my customer service rep and she was the friendliest ever! She was so helpful and accommodating when I needed to pick my car up at a particular time. She answered all my questions with a bright smile over the phone and in person. She was very pleasant to work with. Amanda was my rep that looked over my car and she made it feel like a white glove service! She was very friendly and seems very happy. My car looks fantastic - I highly recm'd them. I can't even tell anything happened to it. Their prices were right on. Great service from making the appointment to picking my car up. As approach and left even the guys outside were extremely friendly and smiled and said hello and asked me how my day was going.
