Wonderful from start to finish. Everyone inside and out was very cheerful and helpful. They even went over my car before i left and removed some minor things that may have been there aside from the accident. They finished way earlier than expected and i was never left wondering what would happen next. I highly recommend them! so glad i chose Gerber!

I went to Cary Gerber location after Gerber Holly springs did not have any appts open until Dec 4th. Gail, the receptionist, and Brittany, both were very polite and helpful to listen to all my concerns that I had with my car and with the rental ending December 5th. In spite of not having any open appointments until after thanksgiving week, they accommodated to take my car in to get it fixed before I had to return my rental. Def Saved me money and headache to get it extended. They were nice enough to take my car on the same day of the estimate and mainly dropped me home. I appreciate both of them for listening to my problems before shutting me down and saying "no appointments are available." Of course, I also appreciate the mechanics who worked on my car during thanksgiving week. Picking up my car hopefully looking like brand new ... on Monday the 26th. Thank you guys. read more

This is a great company. They want their customers to be happy. They do fantastic work, if something is not right just kindly let them know and they will take care of it. Everyone here is wonderful. Especially Gail and Maria who kindly greet us and talk with us and assist us with any questions we have as we wait. Gail makes sure there are no problems and will take care of them if there are, she is our most highly trusted go to person! And Ross who is very thorough in examining our car, taking note of all the damages, he is very observant and takes his job very seriously. Great guy! Ross is our other highly trusted go to person. When we told the car rental place about having to have our car at Gerber they told us that they also heard Gerber was the best so that also made me feel good about where our car was being fixed. It's been a ... stressful few months but I'm glad we have Gerber on our side. read more

This is the second time I have had a collison repair performed by Gerber. I was extremely happy with quality of the work and professionalism of both locations (Cary and Havelock). They did an excellen tjob and made the process quite painless. rk with, they were very helpful in getting my son authorization to act on my behave. Quick and painless.
