I have to tell you how very p!eased I was with everyone at the Buffalo Grove Illinois location! I had read some reviews that were critical about wait times and everything , so wasn't sure before going in. But I walked in at 7:30 AM and was out before 8:30 with a rental car. The receptionist Ashley ( hope I spelled it right ) helped me right away and was so nice! They took my car in for assessment right away and Jacqueline came out to talk with me about her assessment of the damage. I was again taken to reception area and helped by Ashley. ( I had called my insurance company the day before so all my info was already in). They had Daniel from Enterprise rental cars there within about 15-20 minutes who was also terific, very polite and helpful. I was so pleased that the entire process took about an hour. I stopped by today for an estimate. The staff at Buffalo Grove office was very helpful. While evaluating the estimate for fender replacement, Miguel D and staff noticed a missing screw and fixed it to get me going temporarily, and presented the estimated cost of replacing the fender. Thank you!

Jacqueline did wonderful job. I thought I would end up paying at least 2K $ for repairing the small scratches on my Audi car. But she recommended to buff it and made all the scratches disappear for no cost. Huge cost saving and at the same time, great look back.

At the end of the day, most employees are ready to go home and the last thing they want to see is a customer coming through the front door at 10 minutes to closing time. I felt bad about walking in so late in the day but I was assured by the lady at the front desk that they still had time. Within minutes, Miquel D. introduced himself and asked to see my car. My car had been tapped twice and had minor scrapes and a couple of dents in the rear bumper. Miguel was extremely polite, asked for my keys, and in less than five minutes had completely buffed out the scrapes! I started to go back in and pay and he said there was no charge. I needed a second estimate for repairs to a bumper on a 15 yr old car. I was a previously happy customer and so I stopped at Gerber. The young lady gave me an option of heating the bumper that could very well pop out the ugly dent, and I agreed. The bumper looks fantastic. I'll be back, if necessary.

I can honestly say that I have never had a better repair experience! From the minute I brought the car in for an estimate to the completion, I was treated as a valued customer. The work is beautiful, the turnaround time was quick, I was informed and most importantly, the staff were top notch. My car looks new and it is clean inside and out and my new license plates were installed!! That was the frosting on the cake.
