Took my car to Gerber for a back bumper mishap on my part. I was thinking how much it was going to cost me to fix but Gerber said , "no problem" and popped the bumper back in place for no charge! So pleased with their customer service!

This place is awesome! I have a 2006 black beetle that had a rust issue on the running board behind the drivers door right where it meet the rear wheel well, and i had a garage "kiss" on the front bumper that was white from giving it a scrape on the way in one day. I called and meet with Jessica the same day and she fantastic. She looked at the car, and called meet 20 minutes later with an estimate. The price was very fair and i dropped the car back off that day. Jessica kept me updated every step the way. 5 Days she later she called me and told me to be prepared to be "shocked" I meet with her and looked at the car and was, and still am blow away. My 15 year old bug looks brand new and the detailing in the repair is flawless! Thanks again to Jessica, the body guy, and everyone else in Buffalo Grove Gerber.

The team in Buffalo Grove Illinois were absolutely fabulous! They were so professional, courteous, efficient and supportive since the damage to my car occurred due to a very large pine tree branch that fell across two lanes of traffic during a lightning storm. They were very thorough in their inspection and explaining the estimate. I picked up my car and found the work to be exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.

I just spoke to Jacqueline to set up an appointment to get my car fixed, and I was blown away by her profession, kind and helpful advise. She told me I could drop my car off when I will be out of town, leave it with Gerber, and the body work would be done when I don't need my car. She also told me Gerber could drop me off at my home, and, incredibly, drop my car off the day I get back into town and leave it in my driveway or garage. Plus they would do the repairs, keep it safely at Gerber and bring it inside at night, then wash it before they brought it back to me! I have never heard of that type of customer service! Simply amazing! Awesome!
