At Gerber Collision & Glass, we are committed to protecting the environment. That’s why we’ve made changes over the years to how we do things, in an effort to do our part.

Committed to Doing Our Part

We ensure our plastic bumper covers are recycled by a third party to minimize waste. Most of our shops have made the switch to waterborne paint, and the rest of our shops will switching in the very near future. With over 200 locations nationwide, this makes a big difference! We have our scrap metal and cardboard recycled, and we send out anti-freeze and motor oils to be recycled as well. We use biodegradable soap that’s safe for the environment. We use spray gun washers that are recyclers- they only produce a small disc of waste, versus having to have a solvent tank picked up.

These are just some of the changes we’ve made at Gerber Collision & Glass to do our part in protecting the environment, and we’ll continue to look for ways in which we can minimize our impact on our planet.
