Excellent customer service. The manager Kerry has established a customer first culture that i saw with every one i met. On my initial visit Josh went out of his was to explain all the options i had. The Safeco liaison gentleman was also helpful - said just leave it to me and i will deal with Safeco. Front desk receptionist was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Car was ready the next day - new rear bumper, freshly painted. I would highly recommend this team.

Well just the best, John D was the best contact from day one and throughout the repairs. Was kept posted/informed and updated weekly by John who provided excellent customer service throughout my repairs. Never had a repair done so effortlessly and quickly! We worked mostly with Joshua L. and everything went very smoothly from getting an estimate, setting up appointment, dropping the car off and picking it up. Appreciated the constant communication and updates about what was happening with the vehicle every step of the way.
