From beginning to end, service was outstanding! Before contacting Geico, I got an estimate from another source. Was told I'd need to leave the vehicle 5 days & would have to rent a vehicle. All told? Estimate: $1,300. Contacted Geico. Repair was covered. Cost less than my deductible of $500. Service was completed the same day! My Acura RDX looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the whole experience, from start to finish at Gerber. All of the staff was polite and helpful. Jordan took care of the estimate and communication with the insurance company, so I didn't have to worry about anything. They kept me posted on the progress, and completed it promptly. My car looks like new again, so now I can put the bad experience of being hit behind me.

I had a couple scratches on my new car from taking it in the back country. To be specifc, tree branches that have scraped the whole length of the car. I drive a black Subaru Forester. I tried to compound of out myself, as you can guess it was a complete failure. I had a huge smudge riding along the whole side of my car. I panicked, called Gerber in Tempe and they told me to come over to look at it. Bill assessed and told me to come back in an hour and he would get it done in 45 minutes. Jordan checked on my car multiple times for me as well. Thank you for fixing my mistake!

I got my car repaired there last year and everything was done great. A couple weeks ago I noticed the fender was bent so I took it back to Gerber. Bill H helped me out, and even though my fender was unrelated to the accident, he still helped me out and popped it back into place. Great service.

I had a great experience at Gerber. The intake was smooth and quick, getting my setup with a rental car in no time. Communication was excellent, I got regular emails with status updates and calls. And the pickup was also smooth. Everyone was kind and courteous. The damage was fixed perfectly and the paint blended well to match the body. I had my car back so fast, I couldn't believe it. I would take my car there again without hesitation.

I just received my truck back from Gerber and I couldn't be more happy with the results. After being rear ended I was worried that my truck would never be the same, but the staff at Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe made my truck like new again and I am extremely thankful. Special thanks to the General Manager Bill H. He really went out of his way, talked to me personally on the phone about my vehicle, and eased my mind about the difficult situation I was in. He showed compassion about my personal situation and that really showed me he cares about his customers. Jordan C. was my estimator and was great at keeping me informed step by step as they fixed my truck for me, worked with the insurance company of the man who caused the accident so I wouldn't be stressed. I recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for auto body work. Their customer service is excellent and the work done on my daughter's car is beyond expectation. I had the unfortunately need to have body work done on my daughters car twice in the last two years, none of it her fault, I will add. When I got her car back, both times, the car looked brand new. Gerber repaired chips on her front bumper, a deep scratch on the hood of her car, and other chips on her car. The extra chips were NOT part of the original damage, they simply had extra paint so they used it to satisfy the customer. We are thrilled with their customer service, they also have good, free, coffee.

The other day I brought in a car that I had recently purchased because I suspected it had some damage.
