Although no one enjoys dealing with automobile damage, from the initial visit through the completion of the repair, my experience with this Gerber Collision office was great. I was greeted in a pleasant manner, treated as if I was the most important customer they've ever had, and my estimator, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and was agreeable with the repair we wanted to do with this relatively minor damage. I would definitely return to Gerber but I hope I don't need to!

I wish I could give 1,000 stars. I can't believe the amazing experience I had with this company. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and it was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday morning. I had to replace the front and rear bumpers on a non stock vehicle. The insurance agent Jacque in their office was amazing. Very thorough but speedy. The convince of the rental car pick up right in the office was a huge plus. No running around. Another very quick process. Total drop off time was maybe 20 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle it looked fantastic and the cherry on top, they detailed my vehicle even the custom wheels!!! I was kept aware of the entire process the whole time and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much for such an smooth and wonderful experience. Great work and great client service. I really appreciated having Jeremy R. take care of my collision repair. He made sure that new parts were installed instead of repairing the damaged parts (the prior company wanted to use repair parts and not replace with new). He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I appreciated him for walking me through and explaining in layman terms exactly what had to be done to get my car back to new. He was professional and Gerber should be thankful to have him as one of your team members. Great job Jeremy!

I work for Gerber Collision and Glass. You would assume that they would have taken their time on my vehicle, since I do work here, and some would think my car wasn't priority BUT Tyler, the one managing my repairs and Julio, the tech, were always, always on top of my car. They had it out to me on the date promised, kept me informed the entire time and made sure that if I had any questions they were answered. Chesiree in parts, always gave me an ETA on my parts. Vincent, who wasn't even working with or on my car, always would come and tell me where my car was at in production after every meeting. Not only do I work for a great team but I also got the pleasure of having them work on my car and performing outstanding work. Thanks team.
