Kori was definitely on top of his game. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and professional. The entire experience at Gerber in Round Rock was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair. The job was done fast, thoroughly and looked great when complete. I am extremely satisfied with Kori's knowledge of the entire collision repair process, including the insurance claim and actual repair procedure. I highly recommend Gerber !!!!

Gerber Collision is my go to place for all repairs. Jesika and Kori are the best. I also want to say that there entire staff in the back doing repairs needs a shout out as well. You all are amazing. THANK YOU so much for everything and treating both my vehicles with care. I will ALWAYS recommend this location to all my friends and family. You'LL are AMAZING. In my 30 years living in the Austin area I have used four collision repair places and when I couldn't go to my favorite, they don't exist now, I chose you'll and it was the best decision I could have made. Your outstanding customer service has made me a huge fan. Keep up the great work. The only one thing I wish could change is the offering of Saturdays for picking up your vehicle or a secure drop box to leave vehicle keys in for after hours pickup/drop off options.

Excellent customer service when setting up the appointment [in person], when personally delivering the vehicle for repairs, and when retuning to pick-up the vehicle, after completion of repairs. During the repair process [start to finish], top notch communications on repair adjustments with the insurance company, and the timelines for completion. Once vehicle repairs were completed, again excellent communications with notification of completion and available times to pickup vehicle. On the other hand, a general look at the PDR work accomplished, at the time the vehicle was picked up, and the vehicle looked good, truly outstanding PDR work. Customer service truly 'Outstanding'. I received daily information on my vehicle repairs and estimated completion. Therefore, I was kept informed throughout the process up to and after completion. Estimated completion of vehicle repairs was not met, because repairs were completed 1 day earlier. Cerber technicians and all other personnel are to be commended for their hard work and dedication to 'Excellence'. Gerber is definitely a repair facility worthy of my recommendation to my family, friends, acquantacies, and anyone looking for a 'Gold Star' automobile repair facility.
