Drear Reader! If you ever have a collision problem, I advice you to NOT look further than this place!! Considering the unfortunate non fault to us what so ever collision situation we had to go through again last year, and this time was with my husband Escape =(, we were rested and confidant that we will receive a supreme service from Rochester Hills Gerber Collision just how we expected!! Of course I asked to work with the manager Mike again! who wouldn't? You got to experience his service with your own eyes to believe it!!! Not to mention his front desk lady "Megan" who is diligent and incredibly kind person!! Wow! I worked with Mike, and man talking about 5 Star customer Service!! He is so wonderful, professional, kind, great communicator and simply Gentle Man!! I was so fortunate to work with him and I have written reviews about his service on Yelp and Google and here and I will again if I need happily ! The staff are very sweet and nice as well, just the place to go when you are so down about your situation and problem!!! Love Gerber service and will highly recommend them and will use them again if I need to for sure!!!

Amazing. I had gotten several quotes, Gerber beat them all by a lot, but I was concerned whether I would get less for paying less. I sat in the waiting room, and there was a poster where the owner of Gerber was quoted as saying that the service would 'wow' the customer- and I was wowed! The color match was spot on, my car looked terrific and the price was excellent. I am so, so grateful to the friend who recommended I get a quote from Gerber- Taylor S. (my estimator) and the Gerber team in Rochester Hills, MI exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
