I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Gerber. Both Amy and Jeffrey were incredibly friendly and helpful in processing my estimate. The estimate took six minutes and the turnaround time on our repair was less than half the time promised. The work was impeccable too. Most importantly, the cost of our repair was significantly lower than another estimate we received. I would highly recommend this location to others and if needed, will return for another service. Hats off to the staff for an overall great experience!

All staff are consistently friendly and efficient. Excellent workmanship on collision repair and auto body repair. Dealing with your folks in Palatine is the only good thing about a bad situation.
