Molly and Jordan were great and went out of the way to make sure my car was ready even staying late so that I didn't have to wait an additional 3 days!!!

Oh wow! Where do I begin! My whole experience was amazing. My estimator Heather, was so nice and explained the process. My repairs were done so well. They really do what they say they are gonna do! And kinda embarrassed to say , but due to recent health episodes, my CRV was filthy in and out! Well I thought I was picking up someone else's car! The outside was washed so clean , and the inside was cleaned ,vacuumed and the dash was cleaned. All cleaner than I've seen in years! Thank you Gerber for going above and beyond, that you font see many places today! I will recommend you to everyone! Thanks

I recently had the misfortune of having to file a collision claim with GEICO Insurance. After contacting GEICO regarding this loss, the GEICO claim representative was very pleasant and understanding. She suggested that the claim be processed utilizing their Auto Claims Express Service. I thought that was a great option, meeting with the GEICO adjuster, meeting with the collision center and picking up a rental car at the same location. Since I have three boys "In Tow" at all times, that sounded like a great option. I was offered a few collision centers which participated in this program and selected Gerber Collision on Edwards Ave. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment I was greeted by the GEICO representative and Gerber's manager, Rick L. I had a collision repair work done on my Toyota Corolla car during the period 31st May to 12 June. Type of work : Rear Bumper change and Paint job on Bumper Time taken: 1 week Quality of work: Excellent Customer service: Excellent The entire experience was great. Stephen Boyd was the estimator for my case. And he was on top of everything. He took time to inspect the car prior to delivery and also he was an effective communicator. I was pretty much informed about the entire process as I was getting sms notifications also. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Gerber Collision center at Harahan to everyone. Thanks Guys!!

A car backing out of a parking space hit me hard on passenger side door and left some mean scratches all along that side. Her insurance was with Geico and they sent me to Gerber. I found all the personnel very pleasant. The repairs and paint job were done very professionally and in very reasonable time. I definetly recommend them.

Steve, my contact at Gerber was very pleasant and a joy to work with. honest and accurate assessment. All the personnel I came in contact with, including the ladies up front were friendly, courteous and very professional. The repair job is perfect. can't tell that anything ever happened to my truck. Highly recommend Gerber for all collision repairs. My thanks to all. I'll hopefully not have another reason to visit them, but if I have another accident, I'll go back to Gerber.
