I was originally scheduled by central office on a Saturday-I got stood up cause muncie office is closed Saturday. I got my vehicle back and it "looked good" trunk lid rubbed the new bumper and he paint off of it-another trip or two. Everyone is Very Nice and my experience has been overall pleasant.

This is the second time I have used Gerber- Muncie. The first time a teenager ran a red light and took out my front end Considering the amount of damaged I was amazed at the final results. Employees are very helpful and work in a professional manner.Always excellent service, from car repair to car rental. I received updates on the progress which is stellar. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I HAVE USED THIS COLLISION REPAIR ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THEY WERE ALL VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND COURTIS, WHEN WORK WAS DONE, IT LOOKED LIKE BRAND NEW. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
