From the time I came in to the Gerber Collision they were courtesy, fast and attentive to my needs to get my car fixed. Mark and all the staff took care of everything and the rental car company, Enterprise was excellent as well. I am very satisfied and hope I do not have use them again, but if I do I would certainly use Gerber Collision. thanks so much.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received here at Gerger Auto. Jorge,especially , was not only professional, but extremely compassionate. I was distraught on the day of the accident and had already been to one repair place before here only to be told they would not even touch my car for 2 weeks. My mother was in the hospital expecting to be seen by a case manager and I feared the delay would cause me to miss out on assisting my elderly parents. Jorge promptly offered me a ride to the hospital, then an Enterprise car rental for a free 5 days that would be available in 5 minutes. I was extremely grateful and incredibly relieved. I appreciated the frequent informative, yet entertaining, text messages. When I arrived at completion Jorge reviewed the costs and found an errorIi may have overlooked. I felt well-cared for versus the ... "ripped-off" feeling most feel after having car repairs done. I hope USAA continues to do business with this brance of Gerber. read more
