Pleasantly surprised by the first class service from the moment I walked into the Gerber Collision Center in Lagrange Georgia. All employees were very professional and knowledge. I loved their Text Status System which keep me constantly informed as to the progress on my car. The estimate, drop off and pickup were a breeze. Nice facility. Wife hit a deer while coming home from work and it done roughly $7k of damage to vehicle. Jimmie and his team @ the La Grange, GA location got the vehicle in very quickly and helped us line up a rental vehicle while repairs were made. The vehicle was repaired in a timely Manner with quality manufacturer parts, and the work done well. A small issue arose with the vehicle overheating due to a small air bubble being in the radiator/cooling system so needed to come back to the shop. Gerber had the vehicle towed 35 miles, came and picked us up (is our only vehicle), as well as covered another rental vehicle at no cost to us. -Excellent service -Excellent work -Excellent communication Would recommend to anyone & everyone that needed work on a vehicle. Thank you again for the great work & service!
