Barb went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and understood. Expertise and Professionalism from Michael K., he demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism throughout the service and provided clear explanations of the necessary repairs. Honesty and Integrity: One thing that stood out to me was the honesty and integrity of the team. They were transparent about the costs involved and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Quality Workmanship: The quality of the work performed exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was returned to ... me in excellent condition. I received the greatest assistance and service from Estimator Michael K., on Monday March 11,2024. I started out as an unhappy person, because someone once again dinged my car. Michael not only made it so that neither I or the individual who caused the damage were inconvenienced. That is over and beyond what we expect in this day and time. I had a minor fender-bender with my garage door. It caused some minor scuffing and dislodged a rear quarter panel. Michel K. was able to re-seat the quarter panel with a solid shove and remove most of the scuff at no charge saving me the $500 deductible on my collision insurance. I will certainly use Gerber if the need arises in the future.

My van needed lots of work done and all of the repair shops were busy including Gerber of Lacey, WA. But Mike agreed to accept my vehicle on the first day that he made an assessment. My insurance had a limit of $1,000 for a rental and Gerber covered the costs for several days after my insurance ran out. Mike also managed to get everything done by working with the detailing shop to complete the interior (as they too were very busy due to the Corona Virus situation limiting work flow). Gerber has high standards and went the extra mile to meet my needs. The front desk was also very helpful and very friendly and so that also made the entire experience even better. Gerber's location is also very handy and convenient as the rental car service is only across the street! Simple to pick-up and return with out having to get a ride. Gerber collision ... has my strongest recommendation as a great place to get your work done! read more
