While I can't yet speak to the long term durability of the repairs on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma, I can say that the entire staff was exceptional and to date (about a month out now) the repair looks great and the truck drives fine!! The front office staff was superb. Professional and Courteous! I especially want to recognize Ms Amanda P, my estimator. She is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind people I have ever worked with in ANY service business. She was there to help me in any way possible. Your company should use here as the model for all others to emulate....she is THAT GOOD.

Walked me through repair process; answered all questions; called Enterprise car rental so I could rent car. All employees I dealt with were extremely patient, polite & efficient re handling my claim. Also kept me updated through repair process on a daily basis. The whole process was totally painless. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new.
