An Michael C. was very friendly, helpful and I was very impressed with how he made sure that my Truck was perfect and I was happy. This is why I will be coming to Gerber for all my vehicle needs. Gerber was SO informative and professional. They kept me up to date twice a week on the status of my vehicle. It was near being totaled and it looks BETTER than new now that they're done with it. They also completed it much sooner than originally estimated. They answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and handled everything with my insurance company. I only paid my $100 deductible.
