Thank you so much for completing my repairs in a shorter time frame than originally scheduled. I appreciate also that the car was sparkling clean when I picked it up, and you even removed a lot of the tree sap on the hood and wind shield (which wasn't part of the repairs).

It took a little long to get the car in for repair. However, once I did drop off the car everyone at Gerber was very courteous and professional. They had great communication and made it very convenient to pick up and drop off the rental car.

I could not be more pleased with the repair and with the care and consideration that my car and I were treated with. I just picked up my car today. I think Gerber did an excellent job on the repair. They also: patched the crack in the unrelated front bumper with zip ties, vacuumed the car, washed the car, ALL were extremely pleasant throughout, Chrystal called Enterprise for me when I left the garage opener in the rental, Ben made an extra call out of concern for the clutch (it was turned out to be fine, that's the way is has worked for years) and while I didn't wasn't happy that my car was mildly t-boned by someone not looking, I could not be happier with my experience at Gerber in Glenview.

Wow!! Did what they said. Done on time. Easy drop off. Rental car was waiting there. Dropped off rental when I picked up the vehicle. Could not have been easier. THANK YOU!!! Ben, receptionist and person I picked up vehicle are Highly Wreck-ommended!! They did an outstanding job. I happened to get a ding in my windshield the same day of the incident. Repair was perfect and more than timely. Came right to house and repaired onsite. Again repair guy was outstanding!!

Was extremely happy with the body work after my accident but I had to go back in for an annoying rattle. David was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem....the Jeep dealer two years ago had misplaced my attena after a routine service visit. David discovered the antena this morning. BRILLIANT! The initial repair estimate was a bit on the low side but understandable since there were hidden damages found upon further inspection. Gave the insurance claim number - straight forward direct billing. Repair took about 2 days more than originally estimated which was OK since it was attributed to paint matching and reassembly. Picked up the vehicle in pristine condition exterior and interior. Overall a great no hassle experience from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.
