They have a professional and friendly attitude. They explain what needs to be done and the steps they will go through to effect the repair. Gerber on Snouffer School Road is one of the few places I have found that under-promises and over-performs. This was may second experience with them, and I recommend them unconditionally.

Excellent communication including daily sms updates on the repair status. Toshiba was a phenomenal resource! The work was done on time and the results were show room new. A special mention to the Crofton location as well. I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

This is the second time in less than 3 months that I had to get my car repaired (hit and run while parked ). I was impressed with the great repair job that was done the first time. My car looked like it was new. Well when I was hit a second time Gerber Collision was the only place I wanted to bring my car. Both times my car was ready for me within a short time frame. No one wants to go to a collision repair shop but Gerber made it feel better. Their friendliness, professionalism, and quality of work can't be matched. I was kept informed on the progress of my repair, and in fact it was ready before the date they said. Gayle Pugmire was so friendly and kind. She even gave me a hug when I left. This is the place to go.

I had an accident that left my car very damaged, and a good friend of mine recommended me Gerber Collision and Glass. I received a superb service since the first time that I contacted Gayle, she was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me all the way until I received my car. I have to say exactly the same of Gretchen and every employee that I got in contact at Gerber, they inspected my car in the most friendly manner, helped me to understand the documents that I needed to sign, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. In addition, the job was done to perfection, my car looked like if it never was damaged and on top of that the job was finished sooner than expected. I am so happy with the service that I will recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to everyone!

This past Summer we were on vacation in the DC area (from our overseas deployment in Japan) We were hit and run in a parking lot during dinner one night and had to have the car repaired on a tight timeline. I am 56 years old. In all of my years, whenever I experienced a fender bender to a major collision, I have always gone to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to have any body work. This time I decided to go with a Blue Ribbon Nationwide Body Shop. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service, from the receptionist to the estimator, the quick appointment scheduling and the fast turnaround time way in advance of the estimated date of completion. I am also impressed with the help of contacting Enterprise Rental being there at the location and the fast pick up and delivery of Enterprise. Excellent Job Gerber, I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else, including the dealerships I have been to in past. Keep up the good work. I will be a customer for life.
