I was freaking out after I was rear-ended by another car two weeks ago. The people at this location were SO friendly and reassured me that my car would be good as new. I received continuous calls and text message updates from them regarding the process. They billed insurance directly and hooked me up with a rental company on the spot. It was incredibly easy! My car looks good as new! They really paid attention to every little detail. Getting into a car accident was such a headache, but Gerber made a difficult thing so much easier to deal with.

They helped me navigate the repair, insurance steps from start to finish, painlessly and quickly. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone !

Communication during the repair was frequent and included an updated/additional damage estimate left to my discretion to act upon (no pressure or "sell"). This shop's service and work several years ago were excellent and this holds true with my recent transaction.

I have never before dealt with a auto body service that was so professional, yet so friendly and courteous. They did the work in the time that they estimated it would take and the communications via phone calls and texts throughout the time they worked on my car were OUTSTANDING. I didn't have to chase after my questions on their progress they let me know instead. Great job, guys !!!
